ANKARA (AA) - The Turkish men's national basketball team lost to Croatia 79-62 in the EuroBasket 2022 qualifiers on Friday.
Miro Bilan was impressive to lead Croatia to the victory with 30 points against Turkey at Istanbul's Sinan Erdem Dome.
Zeljko Sakic played with 17 points and five rebounds while Roko Rogic produced 12 points for the away team.
For the home team, Melih Mahmutoglu scored 14 points and Shane Larkin produced 12 points.
In another Group D game, Netherlands defeated Sweden 78-76.
Croatia won all three games to lead the group while Turkey have gone winless with three defeats to sit at the bottom of the group.
The Netherlands have two wins and one defeat and Sweden recorded one win and two losses.
