ANKARA (AA) - Brazil's reigning champions Palmeiras have advanced to the Copa Libertadores final, eliminating Atletico Mineiro 1-1 on aggregate.
Palmeiras qualified for the final on the away goals rule after they drew 1-1 with Atletico Mineiro in the second leg of the semifinal clash late on Tuesday.
The goals at the Mineirao Stadium were scored by Eduardo Vargas and Dudu in the second half.
The first leg between the Brazilian clubs had ended 0-0 last week.
Palmeiras will face either Barcelona SC or Flamengo in the final.
