ISTANBUL (AA) - DeMar DeRozan led the Chicago Bulls to a 120-119 victory over the Washington Wizards on Saturday.
Four-time All-Star DeRozan hit a three-pointer at the buzzer for the second straight match to give the Bulls a road win over the Wizards at Capital One Arena.
Scoring 28 points, nine rebounds, and five assists, DeRozan became the first player in NBA history to hit a game-winning buzzer-beater in back-to-back days.
On Friday the 32-year-old guard racked up a buzzer-beating three-pointer to give the Chicago Bulls a 108-106 victory over the Indiana Pacers.
Zach LaVine was the highest scorer of Saturday’s game with 35 points.
Nikola Vucevic bagged a double-double with 22 points and 12 rebounds to help the Bulls to their seventh straight win.
For the Wizards, Kyle Kuzma and Bradley Beal both posted double-doubles. Kuzma scored 29 points and 12 rebounds while Beal played with 27 points and 17 assists.
Chicago are currently at top of the Eastern Conference with a 24-10 win/loss record.
