ANKARA (AA) - Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant scored a career-high 55 points in his team's 122-115 loss to the Atlanta Hawks late on Saturday.
Durant also added seven rebounds and three assists but his efforts were not enough to avoid the Nets' second consecutive defeat.
Kyrie Irving also scored 31 points for the Nets.
Trae Young led the Hawks with 36 points, while Danilo Gallinari and De'Andre Hunter each dropped 15 points.
The Nets are sitting in the tenth spot with a 40-38 win/loss record.
After securing five successive wins, the Hawks are eighth with 41 wins and 37 losses.
