Israeli aggression on Lebanon

Aftermath of Israel's onslaught on Lebanon which has pushed the conflict between Tel Aviv and the Hezbollah group to dangerous levels, threatening an all-out war.

Since early Monday, the Israeli army has been launching intensive airstrikes in southern and eastern Lebanon, marking the heaviest bombardment since the Oct. 8 onset of hostilities.

More than 700 people have been killed and over 2,500 others injured since Monday, according to the Lebanese Health Ministry.

Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati called for urgent humanitarian support from UN bodies during a series of diplomatic meetings in New York on Friday, as Israeli aggression against Lebanon escalates.

Lebanese health minister said that more than 25 people have been killed in Israeli overnight airstrikes on Friday on different areas of Lebanon.

Lebanese Hezbollah group said it struck several Israeli military sites and settlements in northern Israel including a strike with a barrage of heavy missiles (Fadi-1) on the Ilaniya settlement.


Israeli onslaught on Gaza

Humanitarian and military developments in Gaza, where Israel has killed more than 41,500 Palestinians and injured nearly 96,100 since last year's Oct. 7 incursion by Palestinian group Hamas. The situation is deteriorating as Israeli attacks continue amid dwindling aid flow in the besieged enclave.

Three Palestinians were killed and several others injured on Friday in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a tent sheltering displaced people at a hospital in the central Gaza Strip and a home in Gaza City.


Yemen's Houthi missile attack on Israel

Early on Friday, the Israeli army said it intercepted a ballistic missile from Yemen targeting Tel Aviv. The incident triggered the activation of the air-sirens in Tel Aviv and its surrounding areas.

Yemen’s Houthi rebels claimed they fired a ballistic missile towards southern Tel Aviv and launched a drone at the coastal city of Ashkelon, according to a statement by the Houthi's military spokesman Yahya Saree.


West Bank raids

Israeli military raids on Palestinian cities and towns in the occupied West Bank have killed at least 718 people since last October, including 160 children, and injured over 5,750 others, with nearly 11,000 taken into custody.

On Friday, several Palestinians suffered from suffocation as the Israeli forces violently suppressed a weekly anti-settlement rally in the town of Beita, south of Nablus city in the northern occupied West Bank.
