ANKARA (AA) – Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi is set to visit India on Tuesday for talks with Indian officials on ways to strengthen bilateral relations.
A presidential spokesman said al-Sisi will participate as a guest of honor in India's Republic Day celebrations during his visit.
The Egyptian leader will meet with a host of Indian officials, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Droupadi Murmu to probe ways to enhance bilateral ties, the spokesman said.
Al-Sisi previously visited New Delhi twice, in Oct. 2015 and Sep. 2016.
