American Shabazz Napier led the Italian side to victory with 26 points. Frenchman Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot added 19 at Ulker Sports And Event Hall in Istanbul.
Fenerbahce's US player Johnathan Motley was the top scorer with 22.
Fenerbahce Beko is in fifth place at 17 - 12, Emporio Armani Milan sit in the 12th spot at 13 - 16 in the standings.
