Robin Le Normand, a defender who won the UEFA EURO 2024 title with Spain in July, has moved to Atletico Madrid on Saturday.
In a statement, Atletico Madrid said that French born Le Normand, 27, signed a five-year contract with his new club.
Le Normand previously played for Brest reserves in France, and San Sebastian's Real Sociedad reserves and senior team.
He helped Real Sociedad win the 2020 Copa del Rey (Spanish Cup).
Le Normand scored six goals in 221 matches for Real Sociedad.
He played in six of seven EURO 2024 matches for Spain to win the title in Germany.
