ISTANBUL (AA) - European stocks closed with losses Tuesday.
The STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European markets in 17 countries, was down 0.98 points, or 0.21%, to end the day at 472.72.
The UK’s FTSE 100 fell 2.12 points, or 0.03%, to close at 7,542. Germany’s DAX 30 lost 2.69 points, or 0.02%, to finish the session at 16,791.
France’s CAC 40 was off almost eight points, or 0.11%, to 7,543.
Italy’s FTSE MIB dropped 84 points, or 0.28%, to end the second trading day of the week at 30,342.
Spain’s IBEX 35 was the worst performer of the day, losing 79 points, or 0.78%, to 10,118 at the closing bell.
