ISTANBUL (AA) - European stocks closed mixed on Friday.
The STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European market in 17 countries, rose just 0.99 points, or 0.19%, to finish flat at 520.57.
The UK's FTSE 100 fell 21 points, or 0.26%, to end the session at 8,317 and France's CAC 40 shed seven points, or 0.09%, to close at 8,095.
Spain's IBEX 35 was the worst performer of the day, losing 65 points, or 0.58%, to 11,246.
Italy's FTSE MIB, on the other hand, was the best performer of the day, rising 23 points, or 0.07%, to 34,490.
Germany's DAX, meanwhile, increased just two points, or 0.01%, to close the week flat at 18,693.
