ISTANBUL (AA) - Stock exchanges in Europe closed with losses on Thursday.
The STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European market in 17 countries, fell 6.12 points, or 1.2%, to close at 505.39 to perform worst among major exchanges.
The UK's FTSE 100 decreased 49 points, or 0.61%, to end the day at 8,110.
Germany's DAX shed nearly 180 points, or 0.93%, to 19,077. France's CAC 40 fell almost 78 points, or 1.05%, to 7,350.
Italy's FTSE MIB, meanwhile, declined 221 points, or 0.64%, to finish the day at 34,281.
Spain's IBEX 35 lost 42 points, or 0.36%, to wrap the session up at 11,672.
