ISTANBUL (AA) - European stock exchanges closed with gains on Monday.
The STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European market in 17 countries, was up 2.63 points, or 0.54%, to finish at 487.46.
The UK's FTSE 100 added just 1.11 points, or 0.01%, to close at 7,573. Germany's DAX 30 rose 110 points, or 0.65%, to 17,037.
France's CAC 40 gained 42 points, or 0.55%, to end the session at 7,689.
Italy's FTSE MIB was the best performer of the day, rising 300 points, or 0.97%, to 31,456.
Spain's IBEX 35 was up 88 points, or 0.89%, to finish the first trading day of the week at 9,984.
