ISTANBUL (AA) - Stock exchanges in Europe closed Tuesday with losses.
The STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European market in 17 countries, fell 2.32 points, or 0.45%, to close at 512.27.
The UK's FTSE 100 was the worst performer of the day, losing 83 points, or 1%, to end the day at 8,273.
France's CAC 40 lost 16 points, or 0.22%, to wrap the session up at 7,485. Germany's DAX shed 64 points, or 35%, to 18,357.
Italy's FTSE MIB, meanwhile, fell 190 points, or 0.57%, to finish the day at 33,075.
Spain's IBEX 35 decreased 14 points, or 0.13%, to close the week at 11,087.
