ISTANBUL (AA) - European stock exchanges closed higher Wednesday.
The STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European markets in 17 countries, rose 1.75 points, or 0.39%, to finish at 453.45.
The UK's FTSE 100 was the best performer of the day, adding 49 points, or 0.68%, to end the session at 7,320.
Germany's DAX rose 22 points, or 0.15%, to 15,728, while Italy's FTSE MIB added 68 points, or 0.24%, to end the day at 28,233.
Spain's IBEX 35 increased 1.6 points, or 0.02%, to 9,314.
France's CAC 40, meanwhile, added 5.7 points, or 0.08%, to close at 7,246.
