ISTANBUL (AA) - European stock exchanges closed with gains on Wednesday.
The STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European markets in 17 countries, rose 2.91 points, or 0.67%, to end the day at 436.57.
Italy's FTSE MIB was the best performer of the day, soaring 243 points, or 0.88%, to 27,985.
The UK's FTSE 100 was up 20 points, or 0.28%, to 7,342 at the final bell, while Germany's DAX jumped 112 points, or 0.76%, to 14,923.
France's CAC 40, meanwhile, added almost 47 points, or 0.68%, to conclude the session at 6,932.
Spain's IBEX 35 increased 57 points, or 0.64%, to end the week at 9,075.
