US-Turkish guard Scottie Wilbekin scored 30 points to help Istanbul-based basketball club Fenerbahce Beko beat Germany's Bayern Munich 98-91 in overtime in a Thursday Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Round 21 game.
Fifth-place Fenerbahce Beko improved to 13-8 in the EuroLeague after a home win over Bayern Munich, who are now in 14th position. The German team is going 8-13 in the regular season.
French guard Sylvain Francisco scored 21 points to lead Bayern Munich at Istanbul's Ulker Sports and Event Hall.
Fenerbahce Beko's Dyshawn Pierre, one of the key players for the win, scored 10 of his 15 points in overtime of the match, whose regular time ended 81-81.
Tyler Dorsey scored 13 points and Johnathan Motley added 12 points for the Turkish club.
Bayern Munich's Devin Booker racked up 16 points and Andreas Obst tallied 15 points in their team's loss.
Real Madrid are leading the EuroLeague standings, having a 19-2 win/loss record.
The Whites beat Valencia Basket 96-86 in a home match on Thursday.
Second-place Barcelona, who won 14 games in 20 rounds, will host Lithuanian opponents Zalgiris Kaunas on Friday.
