ISTANBUL (AA) - Fenerbahce Beko's captain Melih Mahmutoglu on Wednesday renewed his contract with the Turkish basketball club for another two years.
In a Twitter post, Fenerbahce released a video in which they confirmed the signing of Mahmutoglu.
Mahmutoglu, who joined the Istanbul club in the 2013-14 season, helped his team win the 2017 EuroLeague title, five Turkish Basketball Super Lig titles (2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2022), and three Turkish Cups (2016, 2019, 2020).
The 32-year-old guard averaged 4.0 points, 0.3 rebounds, and 0.3 assists in the 23 EuroLeague matches in the 2021-22 season.
