LONDON (AA) - All flights have been suspended at London Luton Airport due to a large fire in the terminal car park, the airport said Tuesday.
"All flights are currently suspended as emergency services respond to a car fire that has spread in Terminal Car Park 2," Luton Airport said on X.
People were asked not to travel to the airport until further notice as access to the airport is currently restricted.
Firefighters continue to tackle the large blaze.
Four firefighters and a member of the airport’s staff were taken to the hospital, BBC News reported, citing the East of England Ambulance Service.
