ISTANBUL (AA) - After the latest games in the top five European football leagues over the weekend, Manchester City, Barcelona, Juventus, Bayern Munich, and Paris Saint-Germain are in the top positions in their respective leagues.
In the English Premier League, reigning champion Manchester City stayed in the top spot with 74 points and six wins in a row after beating Watford 3-1.
Runner-up Liverpool defeated Burnley 4-2 to reach 73 points.
In the Spanish La Liga, leader Barcelona beat Rayo Vallecano 3-1 to reach 63 points.
Runner-up Atletico Madrid defeated Leganes 1-0 while Real Madrid beat Real Valladolid 4-1.
The leader Barcelona were followed by Atletico Madrid with 56 point and then Real Madrid with 51 points.
In Italy's Serie A, leader Juventus are at the top of the league with 75 points after beating Udinese 4-1 to win 24 out of 27 matches.
Runner-up Napoli drew Sassuolo 1-1 and stayed at 57 points, 18 points from the top spot, while Milan beat Chievo 2-1 to stay in the number three spot.
In Germany's Bundesliga, Borussia Dortmund defeated Stuttgart 3-1, while reigning champions Bayern Munich beat Wolfsburg 6-0 and took the top spot from Borussia Dortmund with goal difference.
The leader Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund have 57 points.
In France's Ligue 1, the match between the leader PSG and Nantes was postponed, the runner-up Lille defeated Saint-Etienne 1-0, and Olympique Lyon drew Strasbourg 2-2.
PSG are very strong at the top of the league with 71 points, followed by Lille with 57 points, and Olympique Lyon with 50 points.
