Galatasaray shutout Bitexen Antalyaspor 2-0 on Saturday to extend their winning streak to seven matches in the Trendyol Süper Lig.
Colombian defender Davinson Sanchez, who joined Galatasaray from Tottenham Hotspur in September, scored in the six-yard box to break the deadlock before the clock hit 60 minutes at Antalya's Corendon Airlines Park.
It was Sanchez's first goal for Galatasaray.
Galatasaray's prolific forward Mauro Icardi from Argentina was on the scoresheet again as he fired a left-footed volley after Dries Mertens' killer ball into the penalty area.
Galatasaray were awarded a valid goal after a VAR review to win the away match.
Icardi scored eight league goals this season.
Galatasaray increased their points to 22 to top the league table.
Bitexen Antalyaspor are 14th with nine points.
Second-place Fenerbahce have 21 points after winning all seven matches.
They will visit Kasimpasa in Istanbul on Sunday.
