Galatasaray audience showed their support for Palestine during Sunday's Turkish Super Lig game against Karagumruk.

The Lions fans unfurled several banners reading “The world is watching the genocide live,” “Humanity is dying in Palestine” and “To remain silent is to support the massacre.”

Fans also chanted anti-Israel slogans in protest of the Israeli army's ongoing bombardment of the Gaza Strip.

More than 35,000 Palestinians have been killed and over 76,600 others injured in a brutal Israeli onslaught on the Gaza Strip since the Hamas attack that killed nearly 1,200 people.

More than seven months into the Israeli war, vast swathes of Gaza lay in ruins amid a crippling blockade of food, clean water and medicine.

Galatasaray, which top the standings with 97 points with two matches left in the season, continue their march towards the 2024 title.
