ISTANBUL (AA) - One of the pioneering heavy metal bands, Accept, met fans Thursday at KucukCiftlik Park in Istanbul.
The group took the stage led by vocalist Mark Tornillo and began the concert with The Reckoning after a DJ performance and a concert by the Turkish rock band, Saints N Sinners.
Accept performed several beloved tracks, including Humanoid, the title track of their new album, as well as Restless and Wild, Midnight Mover, Zombie Apocalypse and Breaker.
Founding members Wolf Hoffman on lead guitar, Uwe Lulis on rhythm guitar, Martin Motnik on bass and Christopher Williams on drums joined Tornillo on stage.
Tornillo expressed his happiness to the audience about performing in Istanbul after 14 years and thanked the crowd for filling the venue despite the cold weather.
The concert lasted about an hour and a half and concluded with the band's classic song, Balls to the Wall.
