ISTANBUL (AA) - Annual inflation in Germany eased slightly in November to 10%, down from 10.4% in October, official figures revealed on Tuesday.
The high inflation cooled thanks to a slight slowdown in energy prices, said Georg Thiel, head of the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis).
"We see price increases for more and more other goods, in addition to energy. What has become particularly notable for households is the continuing increase in food prices," he added.
Germany's monthly inflation was at minus 0.5% in November.
