ISTANBUL (AA) - Germany’s exports to the non-EU countries increased 3% to €52.8 billion ($57.6 billion) in March on a yearly basis, the country’s official statistical department said on Thursday.
"German exports to Russia down by more than half on a year earlier," a Destatis statement said.
The Russia-Ukraine war, which started on Feb. 24, has drawn international outrage, with the EU, US, and UK, among others, implementing tough financial sanctions on Moscow.
