ISTANBUL (AA) - Ghanaian footballer Kevin-Prince Boateng has signed a one-year contract with Italy's second-tier Serie B club Monza, it was announced on Monday.
"The midfielder, arriving from Fiorentina, has signed a contract until 20/06/2021, with the option to renew for another year subject to determined conditions," Monza said in a statement.
Boateng bid farewell to Turkey's Besiktas in July. He scored three goals and made one assist in 11 games with the Istanbul club.
The 33-year-old also played for England's Tottenham Hotspur, German club Schalke, Italy's AC Milan and Fiorentina, and Spanish side Barcelona.
