ANKARA (AA) - PSV Eindhoven drew 4-4 with Copenhagen in a goal duel in a UEFA Europa Conference League Round of 16 first leg match Thursday.
The Danish visitors started the match fast as Isak Bergmann Johannesson scored the opening goal in the sixth minute at PSV Stadion in Eindhoven.
PSV Eindhoven's Cody Gakpo equalized the score in the 21st minute, but Pep Biel of Copenhagen cut the joy of PSV fans short just after two minutes and made it 2-1.
Lukas Lerager made it 3-1 for Copenhagen before the first half ended.
The Dutch team took one back with Ritsu Doan in the 50th minute.
Gakpo missed a penalty shot in 62nd minute but scored once more in the 70th minute and made it 3-3.
Biel scored the fourth goal of the Danish team in the 78th minute and Copenhagen took the lead again.
Eran Zahavi equalized in the 85th minute and the match ended in a 4-4 draw.
The second leg match between the two sides will be held at Parken Stadium in Copenhagen on March 17.
The final match of the tournament will be played at Tirana's National Arena in Albania on May 25.
