ANKARA (AA) - The Memphis Grizzlies forward Jaren Jackson Jr. will miss the rest of the 2019-20 season over a knee injury.
NBA franchise Grizzlies said on its website Tuesday that 20-year-old power forward Jaren Jackson Jr. sustained "a meniscus tear in his left knee" as the medical reports showed.
The Grizzlies added that the player will miss the remainder of this season, which is being played in the "Orlando Bubble" due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.
Jaren Jackson Jr. was injured in Monday’s game against the New Orleans Pelicans.
He averaged 17.4 points and 4.6 rebounds this season.
