DUBAI (AA) - The largest e-commerce fair in the Gulf region, WORLDEF, will kick off Wednesday in Dubai.
The two-day event in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will create new opportunities for industry leaders, entrepreneurs, technology providers and investors.
It will also feature 35 Turkish brands.
Omer Nart, CEO of WORLDEF, said the fair fosters “an e-commerce synergy that benefits the entire region.”
Nart highlighted the global significance of the fair, which will host a range of activities representing various ecosystems.
“There is no event that represents the $8 trillion global e-commerce ecosystem like this one. WORLDEF is committed to representing the global e-commerce landscape. With our focus on fostering innovation and growth in digital trade, we provide significant opportunities for all participants,” he added.
High-profile speakers, including UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, will address the exhibit.
Panel discussions under themes such as “Future Commerce”, “Case Study” and “Masterclass” will cover e-commerce trends and the future of digital trade.
WORLDEF is expected to draw representatives and participants from 40 countries that are key players in shaping the digital economy.
