ANKARA (AA) – Erling Haaland carried Manchester City for a comeback against Crystal Palace to win 4-2 in the English Premier League on Saturday.
Manchester City's John Stones put the ball in his own net in the fourth minute. The reigning champions conceded another goal from Crystal Palace as Joachim Andersen scored it in the 21st minute.
The first half ended 2-0 at Etihad Stadium.
Bernardo Silva ignited the fuse of the comeback for the Citizens in the 53rd minute with a goal.
Erling Haaland took the stage later and carried his team to glory with his hat-trick in 19 minutes, scoring his goals in the 62nd, 70th, and 81st minutes. The game ended 4-2 for Manchester City.
The Citizens kept their place at the top of the Premier League standings with 10 points, while Crystal Palace sit 13th with four points.
