ISTANBUL (AA) – Hong Kong's benchmark index Hang Seng has slumped its lowest level for the last 13 years on Thursday.
Decreasing to around 16,250 level during the fourth transaction day of the week, the index dropped by 1.4% at close to stand at 16,280.22 points.
Major Asian indices are usually in the negative territory on Thursday amid China’s ruling Communist Party's meeting for the 20th Party Congress.
