ATHENS (AA) - The Muslim Rights Monitoring Group in the Netherlands filed a complaint Thursday against the care-taker government's Prime Minister Mark Rutte and two ministers.

Lawyer Reinout Sterk, who is a member of the jurist delegation representing the group, told Anadolu that the other officials named in the complaint were Foreign Minister Hanke Bruins Slot and Foreign Trade Minister Liesje Schreinemacher.

Sterk also claimed in a statement on his website that the government sold F-35 jets’ spare parts to Israel despite warnings and hence it will be held responsible for complicity in war crimes.

As far as policies toward Palestinians are concerned, Israel has been violating the law for a long time, it added.

As such, the statement stressed that any kind of arms supply to Israel or intelligence sharing, risks making the Netherlands complicit in Israel's war crimes.

Israel launched a massive military campaign in the Gaza Strip following a cross-border attack by the Palestinian resistance group, Hamas, on Oct. 7.

It has since killed over 15,000 people, including 6,150 children and 4,000 women, according to health authorities in the enclave.

The official Israeli death toll stands at 1,200.
