RAMALLAH, Palestine (AA) - The Israeli army injured at least three Palestinians during night raids Friday in the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said the army raided the village of Osarin, near Nablus in the northern West Bank, and fought with Palestinians.
It added that medical teams transferred one Palestinian injured by an Israeli live bullet to the hospital.
The official Palestinian news agency, WAFA, reported an Israeli incursion into the town of Beit Ummar in the southern West Bank, where the army opened fire at Palestinians, resulting in injuries to two civilians, including a 14-year-old.
Tensions continue to soar across the occupied West Bank amid a deadly Israeli offensive on the Gaza Strip, which has killed more than 33,000 Palestinians since Oct. 7.
The Israeli army has since killed at least 456 Palestinians and detained nearly 8,000 in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, according to Palestinian figures.
