ANKARA (AA) – Israel is and has been engaged in a "process of annexation" of the occupied Palestinian territories, Ireland's delegation to the International Court of Justice said on Thursday.
Israel prevented the Palestinian people's right to self-determination, the Irish delegation said during the public hearings.
Israel's settlement activity threatened the "viability of a future Palestinian state," the Irish delegation added.
