DOHA, Qatar (AA) – Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida on Tuesday arrived on an official visit in Doha, the capital of Qatar, local media reported.
Kishida was received at Hamad International Airport by several Qatari officials, according to the official Qatar News Agency (QNA).
The Saudi Arabian capital served as the first stop on the Japanese premier's Gulf tour on Sunday. Before arriving in Doha, he traveled to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and on Monday, the two nations there signed 23 agreements and memoranda of understanding to expand their mutual trade and investment.
