ANKARA (AA) - Jesse Lingard will leave Manchester United when his contract expires at the end of June, the club said in a statement on Wednesday.

"We’d like to take this opportunity to thank Jesse for all of the memories he’s helped create during his two decades here and wish him the best of luck in his future career," the English team said.

The 29-year-old scored 35 goals in 232 appearances for the Red Devils, who he joined in 2001. He bagged the FA cup in 2016 and UEFA Europa League in 2017 with the Red Devils.

French midfielder Paul Pogba is also leaving Old Trafford when his contract expires later this month.
