ISTANBUL (AA) - Juventus clinched a narrow victory against a 10-man AC Milan in the ninth week of the Italian Serie A on Sunday.
AC Milan were down to 10 men after Malick Thiaw received a red card in the 40th minute. Thiaw was shown a straight red card after bringing down Moise Kean.
Neither team was able to produce a goal in the first half at San Siro Stadium.
Juventus scored the winning goal when Manuel Locatelli made a long-range finish in the 63rd minute.
He was assisted by Timothy Weah.
Juventus jumped to third spot with 20 points while AC Milan remained in second place with 21 points.
