ASTANA, Kazakhstan (AA) – Kazakhstan’s president talked with his Ukrainian counterpart over phone as the two leaders discussed bilateral trade, economy and humanitarian relations, Kazakh Presidency said on Friday.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Volodymyr Zelenskyy exchanged views on the development of bilateral trade, economic and humanitarian relations over phone, which took place on the initiative of the Ukrainian side, according to a statement by the Kazakh Presidency.
The Ukrainian leader thanked Tokayev for the humanitarian assistance provided to the Ukrainian people by the civil organizations of Kazakhstan, the statement read.
Zelenskyy further informed the Kazakh leader about the results of the meeting in Davos, attended by representatives of more than 80 countries with the title “Peace Formula.”
