ISTANBUL (AA) - The Kazakh and Uzbek militaries on Tuesday completed the five-day Kalkon-2023 joint military exercise.
A statement by the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States said the tactical drill in Uzbekistan paid special attention to the use of modern methods, exchange of experience and combat readiness, which “modern armed conflicts in the world require.”
“Each possible situation was assessed and the issues of acting in tense situations, performing tasks based on operational decisions were considered,” the statement added.
