ANKARA (AA) - King Charles III left Balmoral Castle, where his mother Queen Elizabeth II died, on Friday for London.
According to local media reports, the king is traveling to the Aberdeen Airport with his wife, Camilla, the queen consort, from where they will fly to London.
The king will meet Prime Minister Liz Truss and later address the nation, BBC reported.
Britain's longest-serving monarch died at the age of 96, Buckingham Palace announced on Thursday.
She has been succeeded by her son Charles.
