ANKARA (AA) - Lazio beat Juventus 2-1 in a Saturday Italian Serie A match in Rome to cement second place in the league.
Home team Lazio took the lead in the 38th minute at Olimpico when Sergej Milinkovic-Savic found the net after a close-range strike.
Adrien Rabiot scored the equalizer minutes later in a scramble in front of the goal.
In the second half, Mattia Zaccagni, who was unmarked in the box following teamwork, placed the ball into the bottom corner to give the win to Lazio.
Lazio are in the second position with 58 points in 29 matches in the Serie A led by Napoli, who collect 74 points.
Juventus have 44 points to be in seventh place.
Lazio's archrivals Roma have 53 points to sit in the third spot.
The 2022-23 Serie A campaign will end after matchday 38 in early June.
