ANKARA (AA) - Leicester City advanced to the English FA Cup semifinals over a 3-1 win against Manchester United on Sunday.
The Foxes' Nigerian striker Kelechi Iheanacho scored two goals in minutes 24 and 78, making a major contribution to the win at the King Power Stadium.
Belgian midfielder Youri Tielemans added one goal for Leicester City in the second half.
Mason Greenwood scored the only goal for Manchester United in the 38th minute.
Leicester City clinched the 3-1 victory to march to the Emirates FA Cup semifinals.
"Our first FA Cup Semi-Final since 1982," Leicester City said on Twitter.
Leicester City will face Southampton in the semifinal phase.
Meanwhile Turkish defender Caglar Soyuncu played in the whole match against Manchester United.
In the other match, Chelsea beat Sheffield United 2-0 to advance to the FA Cup semifinals.
Northern Irish midfielder Oliver Norwood scored an own goal in the 24th minute at the Stamford Bridge in London.
Chelsea's Moroccan winger Hakim Ziyech netted in the injury time to name the result 2-0 for the London club.
The winning team, Chelsea will play against Manchester City in the FA Cup semifinal.
The Emirates FA Cup semis will be held in London's Wembley Stadium in April.
