ANKARA (AA) - Manchester United on Tuesday announced that Luke Shaw has signed a new contract to extend his stay with the English Premier League side.
The English full-back will stay with the Red Devils until June 30, 2027.
“Nine years ago, I signed for this amazing club, and I’m thrilled to be extending my stay," Shaw said, adding: "I’ve grown immensely since coming to Manchester all those years ago, both as a person and as a player; I know what is needed to succeed at a club like this."
The 27-year-old netted four times, made 28 assists in 249 appearances for the Manchester side and clinched the 2017 UEFA Europa League trophy along the way.
