ISTANBUL (AA) - Sergio Pena scored in the 92nd minute Thursday to rescue a 2-2 draw for Malmo against Galatasaray in the UEFA Europa League.
Malmo broke the deadlock when Erik Botheim found the back of the net with a diving header in the 24th minute at Malmo New Stadium.
Galatasaray leveled after Elias Jelert made a close-range finish in the 43rd minute -- his first goal with the club.
In the 56th minute, Yunus Akgun played a clever one-two with Dries Mertens on the edge of the box and scored to give Galatasaray the lead.
Peruvian midfielder Pena leveled the match for the Swedish club with a classy finish in stoppage time.
Galatasaray are fourth with 12 points. Malmo are 30th with four points on matchday six.
