JERUSALEM (AA) – Two Israeli soldiers were slightly injured in an attack by a driver who rammed his car into them in the West Bank on Thursday, according to Israeli media.
“Paramedics said that two Israeli soldiers were slightly injured in a car-ramming attack near the West Bank settlement of Bak’ot in the northern Jordan Valley,” the Times of Israel reported.
The driver was neutralized, the Israeli newspaper said, without disclosing further details.
Earlier on Thursday, three people, including a woman, were killed and six others were injured in a shooting attack in Jerusalem.
Tensions have been running high across the West Bank amid an Israeli military onslaught on the Gaza Strip following a cross-border attack by Hamas on Oct. 7.
