ANKARA (AA) - Manchester City will take on Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League Group G thriller match on Wednesday.
Both sides will look for their second consecutive wins in the group stage.
The Citizen's Norwegian star Erling Haaland, who netted twice in the first group stage game against Sevilla on Sept. 6, will be the biggest threat for the German team.
"Haaland has made Manchester City even more dangerous and even stronger," Dortmund coach Edin Terzic said. "City have unbelievable quality and power and are among the favorites in the Champions League. They consistently pick up 90 points in the strongest league in the world."
Dortmund's new signing Sebastian Haller is still unavailable as he is undergoing treatment for testicular tumor.
The Black and Yellows' goalie Gregor Kobel will also be out due to a groin injury, while Dortmund winger Thorgan Hazard seems doubtful due to a hamstring injury.
The Gameday 2 match will be held at City of Manchester Stadium at 1900GMT.
