Manchester City win 4 straight Premier League games with Haaland's hat trick

Real Madrid also win 4 out of 4 matches in Spanish La Liga, while Bayern Munich win 3 straight Bundesliga games

Matches were played in the top five European leagues, including the English Premier League, Spanish La Liga, Italian Serie A, German Bundesliga, and French Ligue 1.

Manchester City won four straight Premier League games, including a victory over Fulham in which Norwegian striker Erling Haalands scored a hat trick.

Real Madrid also won four out of four matches in the Spanish La Liga, while Bayern Munich won three straight Bundesliga games.


- Manchester City win 4 out of 4 in Premier League

The reigning champions of the last three seasons, Manchester City beat Fulham 5-1 with goals from Julian Alvarez, Nathan Ake, and Erling Haaland (3) and began the league with four wins in four games and maintained league leadership.

Tottenham defeated Burnley 5-2, with goals from Son Heung-min (3), Cristian Romero, and James Maddison.

Arsenal defeated Manchester United 3-1 with goals scored in extra time. For the London side, Martin Odegaard scored in the 28th minute, Declan Rice in the 96th minute and Gabriel Jesus in the 101st minute.

Liverpool defeated Aston Villa 3-0, with goals from Dominik Szoboszlai in the third minute, Matty Cash (own goal) in the 22nd minute, and Muhammed Salah in the 55th minute.

West Ham United made a good start to the season by winning 2-1 against Luton.

The league leaders Manchester City are followed by Tottenham, Liverpool, West Ham United, and Arsenal with 10 points each and goal differences.


- Real Madrid win with Bellingham's late goal

Real Madrid came from behind to defeat Getafe 2-1, with Jude Bellingham scoring in the 95th minute. The other goal scorer from Los Merengues, which have won four out of four games, came from Joselu in the 47th minute, while Getafe's only goal was scored by Borja Mayoral in the 11th minute.

The defending champions Barcelona beat Osasuna with Jules Kounde's goal in the 46th minute and Robert Lewandowski in the 85th minute.

Girona passed Las Palmas with a single-goal win, while the Atletico Madrid-Sevilla match was postponed due to bad weather conditions in Madrid.

After week 4 of La Liga, Real Madrid led with 12 points, followed by Girona and Barcelona with 10 points each, and Atletico Madrid with 7 points.


- AC Milan, Inter Milan both win 3 out of 3 each in Serie A

Inter Milan maintained their winning streak in the first three league matches by beating Fiorentina 4-0, with Marcus Thuram, Lautaro Martinez (2) and Hakan Calhanoglu's goals.

AC Milan became the other team to win three out of three league games by beating Roma 2-1 in the match, in which Fikayo Tomori was shown a red card in the 61st minute, leaving his team with 10 men.

While Juventus won 2-0 against Empoli, the reigning champions Napoli lost to Lazio 2-1.

Among the teams that completed the three weeks of Serie A with 9 points, Inter are the leaders, while AC Milan are placed second. Juventus got third spot and Lecce placed fourth, both with 7 points each. The reigning champions, Napoli, fell to 6th place with 6 points.


- Bayer Leverkusen, Bayern Munich struggle for top spot in Bundesliga

The defending champions of the last 11 years, Bayern Munich beat Borussia Monchengladbach 2-1 with goals scored by Leroy Sane in the 58th minute and Mathys Tel in the 87th minute.

Bayer Leverkusen, which began the season well, defeated Darmstadt 98 5-1, with Victor Boniface (2), Exequiel Palacios, Jonas Hofmann and Adam Hlozek's goals.

Stuttgart beat Freiburg 5-0, while Leipzig beat Union Berlin 3-0.

In week 3 of the German Bundesliga, Bayer Leverkusen topped the league with 9 points, with Bayern Munich trailing by a goal difference. Stuttgart and Leipzig placed third and fourth, respectively, with 6 points each.


- Monaco begin season fast in Ligue 1

Monaco started the season well, defeating Lens 3-0, with goals from Wilfried Singo, Aleksandr Golovin, and Guillermo Maripan.

The reigning champions of the last two seasons, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) beat Olympique Lyon with French star Kylian Mbappe (2), Achraf Hakimi and Marco Asensio's goals.

Olympic Marseille drew 1-1 with Nantes, which played the game with 10 players from the ninth minute.

In week 4, Monaco led with 10 points, followed by PSG and Olympic Marseille with 8 points each.​​​​​​​
