Lautaro Martinez carried Inter Milan to a 4-0 Italian Serie A week 7 victory against Salernitana late Saturday.
The Argentine attacker racked up a record-setting four goals (in the 62nd, 75th, 87th and 89th minutes) after entering the game in the 56th minute at Stadio Arechi.
The feat made the 26-year-old the first player ever to score four goals as a substitute in a single Serie A match.
With the match results, Inter Milan climbed to the top spot of Serie A with 18 points, while Salernitana is far behind at 18th place with three points.
