ISTANBUL (AA) - Here’s a rundown of all the news you need to start your Monday, including India handing the G-20 summit presidency to Brazil, US President Joe Biden’s state visit to Vietnam, and a missile strike in Sudan killing dozens.

- India hands over G-20 presidency to Brazil
On the final day of the G-20 summit on Sunday, host country India handed over the term presidency to Brazil and proposed a virtual meeting of the world's biggest economies later this year.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Brazil’s President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and passed him the ceremonial gavel of the presidency.
Taking over from Indonesia, India has presided over the G-20 since Dec. 1 and will continue to hold the position until Nov. 30, after which Brazil will take over.
- Biden denies wanting to ‘contain’ China
US President Joe Biden said he does not want to “contain" China, but accused Beijing of "changing some of the rules of the game."
"Really what this trip is about, it’s less about containing China. I don’t want to contain China," he said after meeting Vietnamese Communist Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong in Hanoi.
The US leader said was looking forward to meet with his Chinese counterpart “soon,” and he met Xi’s “Number 2” during his visit to New Delhi, India, where they attended the G-20 summit.
- Over 40 killed in Sudan market airstrike
At least 43 people were killed in an airstrike on a marketplace in the Sudanese capital Khartoum.
In a statement, Sudan's Doctors Syndicate said 55 people were also injured in the attack that targeted an open market in Mayo neighborhood in South Khartoum.
It was not immediately clear who was behind the airstrike as it came amid heavy fighting between Sudanese army and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces.

The suspended president of Spain’s football federation resigned in the wake of a scandal that started when he kissed a female player during celebrations for the team’s victory in Women’s World Cup.
“It is obvious that I cannot return to my post,” Luis Rubiales said in a statement.

- US, Vietnam sign partnership deal on semiconductors
The US and Vietnam upgraded their bilateral relations to a "Comprehensive Strategic Partnership" and signed an agreement on semiconductor supply chains.
The developments came after US President Joe Biden arrived in Hanoi for a two-day state visit meant to deepen bilateral cooperation.
