LONDON (AA) - NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte told US President Donald Trump on Thursday that the member allies are increasing their defense spending.
"NATO Allies are quickly moving to invest more in defense. Big increases announced and others to follow," he wrote on social media after a telephone call with the president, where he said: "The US and NATO are getting stronger."
"On Ukraine, Allies are preparing to contribute billions more in aid and security guarantees," he added.
