Serbian basketball superstar Nikola Jokic posted a big triple-double to help the Denver Nuggets win against the Brooklyn Nets 144-139 in overtime in a Tuesday NBA game.
Jokic, the Nuggets' 29-year-old regular, scored 29 points, grabbed 18 rebounds and produced 16 assists in a game held at Brooklyn's Barclays Center to be the key player for the win.
Nuggets pair Jamal Murray and Aaron Gordon scored 24 points each, while their teammate Russell Westbrook added 22 for the winners.
Nets guard Dennis Schroder scored 28 points, and made 14 assists.
Cam Thomas, the other Nets guard, scored 26 and Brooklyn forward Cameron Johnson had 20 points.
The Nuggets are 12th in the NBA Western Conference as they won two games in four appearances.
The Nets have 1-3 win/loss record to be in the 11th spot in East standings.
